*This Job Is For Training Students And Corporate Employees In Design Software. We Are Currently Seeking An Experienced And Passionate Civil Design Engineer and trainer To Join Our Team At Tech Cluster Designwala. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Teaching AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Revit, Staad Pro and SketchUp To Students And Corporate Employees, As Well As Managing The Civil Department, Students, Skill Trainings, Workshops, And Projects. Responsibilities: 1. Develop And Deliver Engaging And Effective Training Sessions On AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Revit, Staad Pro and SketchUp. 2. Manage The Civil Department, Ensuring Smooth Operations And High-Quality Training Programs. 3. Oversee Student Progress, Providing Guidance And Support To Ensure Their Success In Mastering The Software/Skill. 4. Organize And Conduct Skill Trainings, Workshops, And Seminars To Enhance The Learning Experience For Students And Corporate Employees. 5. Collaborate With Other Instructors And Staff To Develop And Improve Course Materials And Teaching Methodologies. 6. Manage And Supervise Civil Design Projects, Ensuring Timely Completion And Adherence To Quality Standards. 7. Maintain Up-To-Date Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Software Updates, And Best Practices In Civil Design Engineering. 8. Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Students, Corporate Clients, And Colleagues
