Key Responsibilities·
Supervise day-to-day site activities for architecture and interior projects.·
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.·
Ensure work quality, material checks, and adherence to drawings and timelines.·
Monitor progress, manage manpower, and resolve on-site issues.·
Prepare daily or weekly site reports and update the management team.·
Ensure site safety, discipline, and compliance with project standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications·
Degree in Civil Engineering.·
Experience in site supervision for architecture/interior fit-out projects.·
Knowledge of construction materials, site measurement, and detailing.·
Familiar with AutoCAD or basic technical drawings.·
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
