Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site civil construction work to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure safety standards and quality controls are strictly followed on site.
• Maintain and track inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management on work status.
• Resolve site-related challenges and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor in civil construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
