Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Supervisor, located in Palghar. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The role also involves quality control and troubleshooting any site issues that arise. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience On-site project management and quality control expertise Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred Proficiency in construction software and MS Office Experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus
