Civil Site Engineer

You will lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, and prepare and review technical reports, designs, and documentation. Your role will also involve providing expert technical guidance and problem-solving solutions to ensure project success. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
