*Experience:* Minimum 8 to 10 years in construction project management, with specific experience in retaining wall construction or similar infrastructure projects.

*Educational Qualification:*

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.

### *Job Responsibilities:*

1. *Project Planning and Execution:*

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets specific to retaining wall construction.

- Ensure the project progresses as per timelines, quality benchmarks, and approved costs.

2. *Technical Expertise:*

- Apply knowledge of retaining wall design, construction methods, materials, and geotechnical considerations.

- Evaluate site conditions, including soil stability, drainage requirements, and structural integrity, to guide project execution.

3. *Stakeholder and Team Management:*

- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals and deliverables.

- Lead and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth operations.

4. *Site Supervision and Safety Compliance:*

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.

- Implement and enforce safety standards to minimize risks.

5. *Procurement and Resource Management:*

- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment required for retaining wall construction.

- Optimize resource utilization to avoid delays and cost overruns.

6. *Documentation and Reporting:*

- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, material tracking, and milestone reports.

- Report progress and potential challenges to senior management regularly.
