Job Title: Civil Site Engineer Location: South Goa Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: This role focuses on supervising and executing civil works related to MEP projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with teams on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of all civil-related activities that support MEP installations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute civil works for MEP projects (foundations, supports, equipment bases, trenches, openings, etc.). Interpret and implement MEP and civil drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting). Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure quality and timeline compliance. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams for smooth workflow. Take measurements, verify BOQ, and maintain daily progress reports. Identify material requirements and raise requisitions as needed. Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and on-site safety practices. Solve site issues promptly and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in civil execution within MEP projects. Strong understanding of MEP–Civil interface. Ability to read and interpret civil and MEP drawings. Good communication, problem-solving, and site coordination skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Preferred: Basic AutoCAD skills. Experience in commercial/industrial/infrastructure MEP projects. Familiarity with project reporting tools.
