Minimum 5years of experience in civil engineering, industrial construcationpreferably in mineral processing or similar industrial settings.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Civil Engineer to oversee the erection and commissioning of a new mineral grinding plant.should have experience in industrial construction and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles as they relate to plant infrastructure.Prepare detailed project Civilplans, budgets, and schedules.Review and interpret engineering designs and specifications for civil works.Conduct structural analysis for foundations, support structures, and other civil components.Supervise site preparation activities, including excavation, grading, and drainage, boundary wall, road etcMonitor the construction of civil works, including foundations, buildings, and utility installations.Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.Implement quality control procedures to ensure all construction activities meet engineering standards.Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.Oversee the installation of equipment and infrastructure during the commissioning phase.Prepare and submit project documentation, including inspection reports and compliance certificates.Identify potential construction challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.Provide technical support and expertise during all phases of the project.
