Civil Site Engineer- Fresher

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct 2–4 site visits/day for inspections. 2. Travel up to 50–60 km/day as needed. 3. Diagnose visible structural issues in bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, etc. 4. Document findings with well-prepared inspection reports & quotations. 5. Coordinate with customers, explain solutions, and build trust. 6. Handle small client objections and support conversion. 7. Bring own laptop and maintain basic reporting discipline.
