Civil Site Engineer- Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct 2–4 site visits/day for inspections. 2. Travel up to 50–60 km/day as needed. 3. Diagnose visible structural issues in bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, etc. 4. Document findings with well-prepared inspection reports & quotations. 5. Coordinate with customers, explain solutions, and build trust. 6. Handle small client objections and support conversion. 7. Bring own laptop and maintain basic reporting discipline. Requirements: Strong observation and analytical skills Basic understanding of construction and waterproofing materials Good communication and client-facing skills Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to fieldwork Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
