Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in residential projects. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about construction and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential construction projects.
Ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
Monitor material usage and manage resources effectively on-site.
Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed at site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in residential construction projects.
Good understanding of civil engineering principles and site management.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
