Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Engineer located in Kerala. The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day on-site supervision, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear communication among all project stakeholders. The role includes overseeing structural engineering tasks and working closely with a team of skilled civil engineers to ensure project success.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5+ year experience in civil construction projects.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD with ability to read and interpret drawings.
3. Skilled in BOQ preparation, BBS, and Billing etc.
4. Strong knowledge of Rate Analysis.
5. Proficiency in MS office ( word, excel, Power BI)
6. Good communication skills for co-ordination with stakeholders and clients.
7. Quality Control understanding and implementation to uphold project standards
8. Ability to plan, monitor and supervise site activities, prepare daily site progress report.
9. Language proficiency :

I. English communication – for client and stakeholder.

II. Malayalam & Hindi : for effective co-ordination with site workers.
