Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Assist in setting up quality control systems and procedures. Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of construction to verify workmanship and material compliance. Coordinate with third-party inspectors and laboratories for specialized testing. Monitor concrete works, welding, rebar, waterproofing, finishes, etc., based on project scope. dentify and document non-conformances (NCRs), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Work with contractors and site teams to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain logs of NCRs, observations, and quality reports.
