Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during the pre-construction phase. Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents. Manage and control project budgets, monitor cash flow and expenditure. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts. Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to reduce costs and improve value. Work closely with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate work done for payment certification. Prepare and agree on final accounts with all relevant parties. Ensure all financial matters are concluded accurately and fairly.
