Civil Maintenance Incharge

You will play a crucial role as a Maintenance Incharge, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties in our real estate portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all facilities, including common areas, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing, are functioning optimally. By conducting routine inspections, you will proactively identify and address maintenance issues to provide residents with a seamless living experience. In your role, you will manage and supervise the on-site maintenance team and external contractors, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring the timely completion of all maintenance activities. Promptly responding to maintenance requests and emergencies, you will oversee repairs, replacements, and servicing of equipment and infrastructure. Your involvement in coordinating with vendors for material procurement and services will be crucial. Maintaining inventory records of tools, equipment, and spare parts will also be part of your responsibilities. Adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and keeping records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports will be essential. You will assist in preparing maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. A diploma/certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in real estate or facilities management. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, leadership, team management, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in maintenance management software are desired.
