Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for CIVIL ESTIMATORS to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Analyze and interpret complex data to provide accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as estimating software and spreadsheets.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
