We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for civil engineering projects.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities, ensuring project requirements and expectations are met.Contractor and Vendor Coordination: Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure the proper selection of subcontractors and suppliers.Risk & Safety Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure it meets the technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Budget & Cost Control: Oversee the financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, budget management, and cost forecasting.Timeline Management: Ensure that projects are completed according to the established timeline, adjusting schedules and resources when necessary.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, and ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
