Civil Engineering

As a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and projects within the civil engineering field. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing various site development projects such as commercial and residential plans from start to finish - Managing tasks related to ESTIMATE-COSTING, BILLING, BUDGETING, and contractor meetings - Ensuring all technical work complies with approved designs, drawings, and scope of work, meeting the required standards and specifications - Maintaining the quality and consistency of all civil engineering technical documents - Assisting civil designers in preparing civil and structural drawings - Reviewing and providing feedback on supplier and other discipline drawings - Managing multiple projects of different scales Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Mivan Technology, MEP, and BBS (Bar Bending Scheduling). Experience in low or high rise housing projects is essential, and a strong command in the last stage Finishing Work of Raw Structure will be considered a bonus.
