Civil Engineering Technician

• Monitor, identify, and analyze civil works tenders from government, PSU, municipal or similar bodies.
• Understand and interpret BOQs (Bill of Quantities), scope of work, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents on time—ensuring all technical, financial, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, technical, procurement) to gather required documents and data.
• Manage tender tracking: maintain status updates, follow-ups with authorities/government agencies, respond to clarifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender submissions, communications, feedback and outcomes.
• Assist in developing bid strategies, cost estimates, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with tender rules / government procurement policies.
• Review tender documents to ensure no missing items, correct format, and alignment with eligibility criteria.
• Support post-tender activities (if any), like amendments, contract documentation, or debriefs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
