About the Role:

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage
on-site execution of civil and interior construction works
as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor
project timelines, quality, safety standards, and material usage
at the site.
Prepare and maintain
daily/weekly site reports
, progress updates, and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with design intent, construction standards, and local regulations.
Assist in resolving site issues and escalating critical matters to the project manager.
Verify measurements and support in contractor billing and quantity verification.
Handle site-level procurement coordination and material tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
site execution and project coordination
.
Strong technical understanding of civil and interior works, structural drawings, and finishing details.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
, and basic project tracking tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in
Patna
and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

Experience in
commercial, residential, or institutional projects
.
Familiarity with
local vendors, labor management, and site safety protocols
.
Knowledge of regional construction practices and materials.
