Civil engineer / site engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower required for uninterrupted project progress.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and documentation related to site activities, materials usage, and project advancements.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety measures, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among site personnel.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges or obstacles during the construction phase and proactively work on solutions to prevent delays or setbacks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience (X years) in civil engineering, preferably in a construction or site management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory standards in construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
