As a Civil Engineer specializing in interior fit-out projects at Hager Stone International Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in transforming commercial spaces with innovative, functional, and high-quality solutions. With a strong track record and industry reputation, our company excels in creating inspiring workplaces for corporates across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion. - Interpret and work closely with architectural drawings and interior design layouts. - Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications. - Collaborate with designers and architects to align technical feasibility with design intent and aesthetics. - Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to structural and finishing standards. - Prepare reports, BOQs, and progress updates for project stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate, commercial, or residential). - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques. - Awareness of architecture and interior design trends with the ability to translate them into practical solutions. - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in interior design, construction, or related fields. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.
