Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Summary: As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of civil engineering elements on real estate development sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land development, site planning, and infrastructure projects, while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing site layout, grading, drainage, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design tools. Support senior engineers with engineering calculations and technical reports for site development. Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations and construction inspections. Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants (surveyors, architects, contractors). Help prepare documentation for permitting and regulatory approvals. Track project timelines, document updates, and maintain accurate records of engineering activities. Learn and apply local zoning codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.
