Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

As an experienced Civil Engineer at our plotting/real estate development company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Supervision and execution of plotting and land development projects - Layout planning, road work, drainage, leveling, and boundary demarcation - Site inspection, measurements, and quality control - Coordination with contractors, surveyors, and site staff - Ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines - Managing material requirements and site documentation - Handling approvals and compliance with local authorities (if required) To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering - 25 years of experience in a plotting or real estate development company - Good knowledge of site execution and layout work - Ability to manage site activities independently - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Please note that immediate joiners will be given preference.
