Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025 Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–8 years Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel PAN India for project execution and supervision Job Description: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Civil Engineer to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects across India. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Prepare work schedules, cost estimates, and material requirement plans Conduct regular site visits for inspection, supervision, and resolving on-site challenges Maintain project documentation including DPRs, site reports, material records, and billing checks Report project status to management and ensure completion within budget and timeline Requirements: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 4–8 years of experience in civil construction and interior project execution Strong technical knowledge of structural work, finishing, materials, and site coordination Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulatory compliance Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively across India as per project demands Preferred Experience: Commercial, residential, and institutional interior/civil projects Vendor and subcontractor coordination, billing & quality audits To Apply: Please share your updated resume via Indeed or email it to senseprojects772@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
