Civil Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities*

1. Site Supervision & Execution

* Assist in daily site supervision of civil works including foundation, structural, masonry, and finishing activities.

* Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth execution.

2. Measurement & Quality Control

* Conduct quantity measurements and prepare daily/weekly reports.

* Check quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.

* Identify and report site issues, discrepancies, or delays.

3. Planning & Coordination

* Assist the project team in preparing work schedules and resource plans.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and project managers.

* Support in maintaining site documentation, checklists, and inspection records.

4. Technical Support

* Review technical drawings, BOQs, and site instructions.

* Assist in material estimation, procurement follow-up, and inventory tracking.

* Conduct basic surveying tasks when required.

5. Compliance & Reporting

* Maintain daily site diary, progress reports, and material usage logs.

* Ensure all work follows safety, environmental, and legal standards.

* Support in preparing reports, documentation, and updates for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.

* 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong internship exposure may apply).

* Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site safety.

* Understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic surveying tools.

* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to work on-site and handle field responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
