Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of civil works in line with project BOQs and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-rise residential buildings (including basement construction), MS truss roofing work, and extensive experience in client billing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Supervision
• Monitor and manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per BOQ, drawings, and technical standards.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Billing & Documentation
• Prepare RA and Final bills, measurements, and material reconciliations.
• Ensure timely submission of RA Bills, final bills, and relevant documentation for client approval.
• Technical Oversight
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Provide technical guidance for the construction of basement structures, MS truss roofing systems, and other civil components.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented across all civil works.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and rectifications to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for smooth project progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, resource planning, and look-ahead schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
