Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage civil site works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Assist in preparation and verification of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates , and contractor bills. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections , quality checks, and maintain detailed progress documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Support tendering, billing, rate analysis , and project progress monitoring . Maintain proper site records, daily logs, and assist in project closure documentation. Desired Candidate Profile: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering . Hands-on experience in site execution, quantity surveying, billing, and rate analysis . Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel , and cost estimation tools. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently or in teams and manage multiple site activities. Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and result-driven professional. Willingness to work full-time at project sites in Bengaluru .
