Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Develop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and technical reports.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering technologies and best practices.
