Job Summary:

We are looking for a Male Civil Engineering Fresher to join our team for both on-site supervision and off-site coordination. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project execution, site management, and technical reporting. Candidates must be energetic, hardworking, and ready to work in diverse field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:On-site:

• Assist in supervising construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and vendors.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site logs.
• Assist in quality checks and safety compliance.

Off-site:

• Assist in preparing reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the design and planning teams.
• Attend review meetings and assist with project scheduling.
• Support procurement and material planning tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
• Gender: Male only (as per site accommodation/work conditions).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites if needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
