Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
  
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
  
• Ensure projects comply with legal requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  
• Manage budgets, materials, labor, and timelines for construction projects.
  
• Communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  
• Supervise construction sites and resolve technical issues on-site.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  
• Ensure quality control and oversee testing of materials (like concrete, soil, asphalt).
  
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and documentation.
  
• Innovate sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Education

  :
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / Diplomo)
  
• (Optional but preferred) Masters degree in Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering.
  

• Experience

  :
• 0 to 10 years
  
• Experience in infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, etc.
  
• Hands-on site management or design experience preferred.
  

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  
• Good grasp of surveying techniques and instruments.
  

• Soft Skills

  :
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
  

• Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if required.
