Civil Engineer (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our site team and assist with waterproofing projects. The candidate will support daily on-site operations, work closely with senior engineers, and learn application techniques and industry best practices. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a practical and field-oriented civil engineering career.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of waterproofing activities on-site

Support the team in the preparation and execution of waterproofing work (liquid membrane, APP membrane, PU coating, injection grouting, etc.)

Conduct surface inspections before, during, and after waterproofing applications

Coordinate with labor teams, site supervisors, and senior engineers for smooth workflow

Ensure all work is executed as per safety and quality standards

Maintain daily work logs, site measurements, and material usage records

Learn about waterproofing materials, tools, and latest techniques

Report site issues, progress, and updates to project engineers

Travel to various sites (if required) and work under field conditions

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of civil construction and waterproofing principles

Interest in on-site work and willingness to learn hands-on techniques

Good observation, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to read basic drawings and use site measurement tools

Familiarity with MS Excel or report documentation is a plus

Physically fit, punctual, and ready to work in outdoor conditions

Willing to travel to project locations as needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
