Job Duties:

• Estimating the quantity of different works as per drawings.
• Checking the quantities claimed by the contractor.
• Preparing variation statement.
• Taking care of daily progress work & comparing the quantities planned to be executed.
• Understanding BOQ and getting quotes from vendors.
• Verification of extra items, rate analysis.
• Compiling and or Checking of BBS.
• Compile labour productivity analysis.
• To measure (if required take inputs from concerned PM/APM/Engineer) and obtained quality records from the concerned staff for certifying labour contractor’s bills.
• To assist the PM and APM for the area of the site work allotted to him.
• Visit job site periodically to check on progress, billing and other issues.
• Person to be proficient in using Excel, emailing, use of AI for drafting WO, PO and or emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
