Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Site Supervisor Civil Engineering Female to join our team. If you have experience in sales and marketing it will better& communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi & English, we would love to hear from you.

Experience Required: Experienced & Fresher both can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and online content.
• Visit client locations, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets and close deals successfully.
• Maintain customer database and coordinate with operations team for service delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
