Civil Engineer (Estimation / Planning)

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team, preferably with experience in planning, scheduling, quantity take-off, and cost estimation. Candidates with strong technical knowledge in these areas are welcome to apply, including freshers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs using Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or manual methods.

- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, estimates, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress, identify schedule delays, and support recovery planning.

- Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and building construction methodology.

Working knowledge of:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic QS/estimation tools.

- Ability to read drawings, understand specifications, and extract accurate quantities.

- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required). Candidates with practical experience in Planning, Scheduling and Quantity takeoff / Estimating.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced project environment. Eagerness to learn new tools, software, and project management techniques.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
