Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage the construction activities related to dam and bridge projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, design review, site supervision, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of all structural and civil works in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil works for dam and bridge construction projects.
• Review structural drawings, designs, and project specifications to ensure technical accuracy.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Estimate quantities, prepare bills of materials, and assist in cost control.
• Oversee concrete works, reinforcement placement, formwork, and waterproofing.
• Ensure proper geotechnical, hydrological, and structural considerations are implemented on site.
• Maintain records of construction activities, materials testing, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
• Experience: 3–10 years (depending on position) in dam, bridge, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, hydrology, and foundation engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project/Primavera.
• Understanding of IS codes and construction standards for hydraulic and bridge works.
• Other Skills:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
