About the Opportunity:

Designation – Civil Engineer

Years – 2 To 4 Years

Location – Chennai

Job Description:-

For smooth operations of the plant

Objective :

Timely Execution and completion of civil work at projects .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Execution of projects within Quality, timely & budgetary parameters.

2. Ensure proper design engineering & support the sites in implementation

3. Ensure on time Billing & collection of receivables.

4. Goal setting, monitoring and reviewing, devising control measures of

projects.

5. Monitor all contractual obligations related to commercial and technical.

6. Preparation of Daily work plan based on the Detailed Monthly Plans.

7. Exercise financial control.

8. Manpower & Resources Management

9. Generation of MIS reports of all projects.

10. Daily Progress reporting to higher authorities.

Key Competencies :

* Should be well versed with the models like PPP, BOT pertaining to EPC

projects in Infrastructure sector.

* Strong customer focus especially ensuring 100% client requirements are met.

Qualification & Experience :

• B.E / B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
