Position: Civil Engineer Billing, Estimation & Contract

• Prepare detailed BOQ and BOM for civil works (structural, architectural, MEP, finishing works, external development, landscape,softscape etc.).
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using software or manual methods.
• Update BOQ/BOM as per drawing revisions, design changes, value engineering, cost savings and site requirements.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for Budgets of new and ongoing real estate projects.
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and equipment as per current market standards.
• Support procurement team with comparative analysis and materials budgeting.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, and Site Engineers for drawing-related clarifications, review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Work with procurement for material specifications, contractor /vendor comparison, and quantity confirmation.
• Assist contracts team in preparing tender documents, scope of work, and technical specifications,work order etc.
• Verify & check contractor/vendor submitted BOQ, RA bills, and material consumption sheets.
• Cross-check material requirements to avoid over-order or shortages.
• Monitor project cost deviations and report variations.

Required Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma Civil with strong Billing, Contract & Quantity Surveyor experience).
• 35 years of experience in Billing, Estimation & Quantity Surveying preparation within a real estate or contracting company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.MS Word, Email & Internet handling
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods of real estate project execution.
• Expertise in Quantity Surveying, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
• Strong inter personal & good communication skill
