Job Purpose

Create, update, and maintain technical drawings for highway construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Provide accurate and timely drawing support for minor modifications and urgent client requirements, facilitating smooth project execution and documentation.

Responsibilities

Technical Drawings:

• Create detailed technical drawings for minor modifications required by the project team or client.
• Produce drawings for urgent client requirements promptly, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards.
• Develop and update drawings for highway construction elements such as road alignments, cross-sections, drainage systems, and signage.
• Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings as per project needs and updates.
  

Documentation

• Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Update and maintain the drawing register, ensuring all revisions are accurately documented.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation required for project approvals and submissions.
• Ensure that all drawings and documentation are available for project audits and reviews.
  

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to the project team by interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand drawing requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations that require technical illustrations or visual aids.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Essential: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

5-10 years of relevant experience

Age Criteria: Not more than 28 Yrs of age.
