Civil Design Engineer

As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and detailing civil and structural components for power system infrastructure projects, including substations, solar power plants, and other EPC works. Your role will involve executing high-quality, code-compliant designs and gaining hands-on experience in delivering execution-ready designs. Key Responsibilities: - Designing RCC foundations for transformers, switchgear, and equipment - Detailing substation buildings, control rooms, cable trenches, boundary walls, roads, and stormwater systems - Creating foundations for solar structures using RCC, precast, and pile-based methods - Preparing and reviewing GFC drawings, BOQs, and civil construction packages - Coordinating with senior designers, structural consultants, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and constructability - Ensuring compliance with IS codes - Supporting project execution teams by providing technical clarifications and resolving design/site issues - Maintaining documentation and revisions of all design work Qualification Required: - B-Tech Civil/ Mechanical - Diploma Civil/ Mechanical - Experience required: 1-4 Years In this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Civil Design Engineer in a construction or engineering firm. Proficiency in using Staad PRO & CAD software, such as AutoCAD, is essential. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods, be detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in drafting and design, possess effective communication skills, and be able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, as well as knowledge of Civil & Structure design & drawings as per industrial standards, will be beneficial.
