Job Description

As a Business Analyst- Valuation and Technical Advisory, your role will involve a techno-commercial focus with responsibilities including Business Development, Site Survey Marketing, and Technical tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, directing, and coordinating various projects received from different Banks. - Marketing and maintaining relationships with Bank managers. - Conducting surveys and site inspections at various locations. - Maintaining business relationships with private clients and other associate members of the company. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Comfortable with traveling in public transport. - Well-versed with the Mumbai region. - Preferably having your own vehicle. - Minimum educational qualification of B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Experience in the Valuations Sector would be advantageous. - Inclination towards Business development. - Confidence and good presentation skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Comfortable with traveling within and outside the city. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person in Mumbai.,
