Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for CIVIL CHARGE-HAND to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure all projects are completed within budget and meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
