City Head Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve city-level

  ECV and booking targets

  through effective Channel Partner engagement.
  
• Drive

  Channel Sales

  growth by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential Channel Partners.
  
• Ensure

  confirmed bookings

  and sales conversions are met as per city goals.
  
• Conduct

  daily audits and reviews

  for CP meetings and lead activities.
  
• Monitor and enhance

  Customer Referral Quality

  through structured engagement programs.
  
• Strengthen

  trust and retention

  among existing Channel Partners through consistent communication and transparent processes.
  
• Drive

  CP payouts

  accurately and on time, maintaining financial transparency.
  
• Uphold Livspaces

  brand image and ethical standards

  across all partner interactions.
  
• Provide

  market insights

  and competitor intelligence to improve city-level strategy.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experience.
  

Required Expertise & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  core Channel Partnership / Channel Sales / Business Development

  .
  
• Strong

  network and relationships

  with Channel Partners, brokers, and end customers.
  
• Proven track record in

  driving sales through partner ecosystems

  .
  
• Experience and good working knowledge of

  real estate brokers and their business models

  .
  
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and leadership

  skills.
  
• Ability to

  motivate teams

  and create a target-driven, high-performance culture.
