Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of accounting and auditing professionals.
• Perform independent accounting and auditing research and provide technical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S.-based teams.
• Review financial statements, ensuring appropriate presentations and disclosure impact analysis.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and manage projects based on urgency and client needs.
• Adapt to new tools and technology; demonstrate a willingness to learn new software as required.
  

Position Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in US GaaP and US GaaS.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or other equivalent professional qualification in accounting or taxation.
• Experience with Caseware and Caseview preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry exposure to NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD engagements.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including during busy seasons.
• Highly enthusiastic, quick learner, and a proactive team player.
