Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Adoption Enablement: Lead post-sales adoption of Cisco Security solutions, ensuring clients are using full capabilities (not just default installs).
Hands-on Onboarding: Deliver onboarding sessions and technical walkthroughs for Cisco Duo, Umbrella, Secure Firewall, Intersight, SecureX, and related tools.
Customer Workshops & Demos: Facilitate virtual workshops tailored to specific use cases, helping customers adopt best practices.
Create Technical Success Plans: Develop clear and actionable technical adoption roadmaps mapped to Cisco use cases and enterprise goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with US-based Customer Success and Sales teams to drive expansion and retention opportunities.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Act as a trusted advisor, providing feedback to internal product teams and sharing customer insights.
Continual Education: Keep clients informed on feature updates, integrations, and enhancements that benefit their security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in post-sales technical roles (adoption, consulting, customer engineering) focused on Cisco Security.
Direct expertise in Cisco Secure Firewall, Umbrella, SecureX, Duo, and Intersight.
Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, SASE).
Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written for high-stakes enterprise client engagements.
Experience conducting technical demos, enablement sessions, or training for global stakeholders.
Cisco certifications: CCNP Security or CCIE Security preferred.

Scripting knowledge (Python, Ansible) is a plus for automation use cases.
