Job Description

Required Skills-

  • Hands-on experience supporting Cisco networking equipment, Catalyst, Nexus, ASR.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, skills
  • Knowledge of the Cisco Capital/Leasing and Cisco Lifecycle Services (CLS)
  • Participate in implementation of enterprise-wide Cisco solutions
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize all Cisco networks
  • Identify and resolve network issues
  • Perform network performance analysis and configuration management
  • Ensure network security and vulnerability assessments
  • Ensure network security and vulnerability baselines are operational
  • Perform network aspects of enterprise-wide installations as needed
  • Develop documentation for use in troubleshooting and resolving network issues
  • Prior experience in Implementation and migration projects involving above-mentioned technologies is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, communicative, and customer-oriented attitude.
