Role & responsibilities

  • Circle-Level Operations Oversight

    • Manage end-to-end service delivery and operational workflows.
    • Ensure uptime and reliability of network and infrastructure.
  • Customer Experience Management

    • Track customer complaints and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
    • Implement initiatives to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and reduce churn.
  • Vendor & Partner Management

    • Supervise third-party vendors for maintenance, logistics, and service support.
    • Monitor SLA compliance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process Improvement

    • Identify gaps in operational processes and drive efficiency projects.
    • Support automation and digital transformation efforts.
  • Data & Performance Monitoring

    • Maintain dashboards for fault trends, service KPIs, and operational health.
    • Present insights to leadership for strategic decision-ma
