Circle ODN Lead

As a Circle ODN Lead based in New Delhi, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of optical distribution networks (ODN) in the circle. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing network performance. Daily tasks will involve monitoring network operations, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. To excel in this role, you should have technical expertise in Optical Distribution Networks (ODN), Network Operations, and Fiber Optics. Project management skills and experience in managing large-scale network deployments are crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be essential, along with excellent communication and team collaboration skills. You must be able to work on-site in New Delhi and have experience with network optimization and quality assurance processes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field would be beneficial.,
