Position: Circle Head - Operations Experience: 15 to 20 years in FMCG / QSR Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Location: Multiple locations across India (Candidates should be open to relocation) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of 1215 retail outlets within a designated region. Lead and manage teams across four critical areas: People, Business, Process, and Compliance. Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for operational improvement. Collaborate with HR to assess and fulfill manpower requirements. Ensure adherence to company processes related to people, product, and assets. Uphold compliance standards across all stores and regional office. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Maintenance. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. In-depth knowledge of retail operations, HR, finance, and maintenance functions.
