Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Cinematographer & Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content tailored for Instagram and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera and in post-production, with a strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Capture professional-grade footage for clients in manufacturing, hospitality, and hotel industries.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with the Illusiview team to brainstorm, plan, and deliver creative campaigns.
• Ensure all productions meet brand guidelines and deliverables.
• Manage equipment, lighting setups, and technical requirements for shoots.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cinematographer, videographer, or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Demonstrated experience creating social-first content, especially for Instagram Reels.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse client industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; a reliable team player.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work is required.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation (After Effects or similar).
• Experience with drone videography or photography.
• Familiarity with brand marketing strategies.
