About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Instagram Reels Content Specialist to join our team! If you live and breathe social media, know how to make eye-catching Reels that stop the scroll, and understand how to tell a compelling story through visuals and captions — we want to hear from you.

This role requires someone with a strong understanding of short-form video trends, excellent content writing skills tailored for Reels, and technical knowledge of camera work and lighting setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and creative scripts, captions, and hooks specifically for Reels.
• Work with the team to brainstorm content ideas that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Operate cameras and set up lighting for professional-looking videos.
• Stay on top of current Instagram trends, audio tracks, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Optimize content for performance (timing, CTA, formatting).
• Manage and organize digital assets and content schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content (portfolio or samples required).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance.
• Excellent writing skills – especially for social captions, scripts, and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting.
• Ability to shoot both with smartphones and professional cameras.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
